SANS Historic District™

This is an American Story

Once upon a time, there were five private subdivisions on either side of Rt.114…historically established for the same reasons. They were sustained for many years by lawyers, doctors and other professionals. They were frequented by noteworthy world and local leaders.

Chatfield Hills was the earliest. Some historical street names being Robeson, Washington, and Carver…rising off of Lighthouse Lane..
Three subdivisions came later, now referred to as what has been coined as SANS Historic District

And then there was…HILLCREST TERRACE, summer get away for people such as Colin Powell. It was the LAST of the communities…and the first to disappear…entrance sign removed, subdivision Association dissolved…

In this storybook Village…MANY people are totally unaware…some question the truth of the history….others overlook the history as it blows away with the sands of time.

Who knew this fading history could happen?
And so, they lived…happily thereafter...

THE END?
